Сергей НИКИТИН к.филол.наук, доцент РУДН, создатель Велоночи и Москультпрога, в рамках которого организовано более 150 социоурбанистических инициатив в России, Италии, Великобритании, Украине и США. Автор монографии “Прогулки по Риму” (2010).

Sergey NIKITIN, PhD., Founding director of MosKultProg (1997) and VeloNotte (2007), having produced more than 150 cultural manifestations in Moscow and in other cities of the world. Author of the monography “The Streets of Rome” (2010). He is currently Associate Professor of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Other projects include Masterlives Milano, Melnikov Bar and Teatro Instabile de Venexia

VeloNotte, (from Italian bike+night) was created in Moscow in 2007 by historian Sergey Nikitin and co. to promote and valorize urbanistics, landscape and history of the cities.
It is an annual non-profit event that presents Moscow and other cities both lesser-known and key monuments and lanscapes to hundreds and thousands of people.
After Velonotte Roma (2010), Velonotte Pietrogrado in St. Petersburg and Velonight New York (2011), we are getting ready to tour Olympic London (videos & images)

Велоночь была создана Сергеем Никитиным и проектом Москультпрог в 2007 году, с тех пор она пять раз проходила в Москве, побывала в Риме, Нью-Йорке, Санкт-Петербурге. В 2012 году она впервые пройдет в Олимпийском Лондоне и вечной Флоренции.
